No, you don't have to be there as long as you have a way to let us in when you're not home. However, if you feel more comfortable, stay and see what we do. All of our cleaners are reliable and friendly, but they are on a schedule, so make sure you have enough space for them to do their job.
Our staff are insured to protect against any loss or damage that may occur while cleaning your home. All payroll taxes are paid and all employees are covered by Workers Compensation Insurance if one of them is injured on the job.
No. The cleaning company will provide their own cleaning supplies. However, if you need special products to be used in your home for any reason, you can supply them with appropriate instructions for use.
